About Salt Church
Since 2019, Salt Church has been sharing the gospel and growing in Gainesville. Today, students, families, and members unite to advance the gospel locally and globally, transforming lives for Christ.

In 2018, a small team felt called to Gainesville, Florida, home to over 78,000 students, believing in the city’s potential for gospel impact. The church launched in 2019, and God has steadily grown the community. Today, students, families, and members unite to advance the gospel locally and globally, transforming lives for Christ.
02Mission and vision
Salt Church is a church passionate about reaching the next generation with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe God's plan to reach the world is through the local church, and we are convinced that students play a primary role in seeing that mission accomplished. We seek to be a multi-generational church with expository Bible teaching, engaging worship, and authentic community. Our current vision as a church is to see God MULTIPLY disciples on the campus, in our community, and beyond.
